Rev.  Patricia DeGrafenreid serves as 
Presiding Elder of the Philadelphia District.
She is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and was appointed Pastor of Mount Pisgah CME Church - Baltimore, Maryland in August of 2017. In August of 2021, Rev. DeGrafenreid was appointed by Bishop James B. Walker as the first female Presiding Elder of the Philadelphia District.
