Presiding Elder Jetson Ronzell Maness looks after the Charleston-Columbia District. It covers the upper portion of South Carolina down to the low countries of Charleston, Estill, and others. There are forty two churches on the C. C. District and a strong working faith from the members and pastors of the churches. Elder Maness also serves as pastor of Vanderhorst Memorial CME Church.
